I just wanted to stop in & check out what you ladies have been up too! I love all the stories & the inspiring pictures, food ideas & the love that this blog offers! I myself know how hard it is to change your life for the better! 6yrs ago I topped the scales at a horrible 220lbs on my tiny 5’2 frame… When my husband popped the question, I knew I could no longer carry this weight around.. Unlike these ladies, I did a medical diet that I lost 80lbs in 4 months. Super extreme, but I soon learned how to manage & loose more on my own. To date I have lost 110lbs. I went from a size 16/18 to a 1/2! I work out 4-6 times a week for atleast an hour. A lot of core work & weights. Just remember ladies, there’s nothing we can’t do! When you finally get to that point “where your DONE” with being over weight, refer to these ladies, they’ll be a good push for you in the right direction! I’m thinking about starting a boot camp here in SD… maybe some of you will joint?? I’ll check back in! Lots of love!!!

I applaud you! I am def going to try it I got the work out part down, but I struggle with the eating, only because I want to lose weight, and my husband wants to GAIN weight so after working all day, making two separate dinners feels daunting BUT I just gotta tell myself it’s worth it, and DO IT!
You look AH-MAZZZ-ING! Thanks for the tips

Hi Corene! Just wanted to let you know that you inspire me much, I am at a point where I am disgusted in my skin and have had ENOUGH! I started working out last week, but need to build stamina and endurance. I have a great support system as my love is working on his body as well, I would like to see if I could possibly get a few recipes from you and maybe an outline of what you did from the beginning if possible:)) no rush at all.
