Get food home, wash, cut and prepare those snack baggies
Take the time to prepare healthy snack bags it will really keep you in line!
Here I have berry & cantaloupe bags, celery, hard boiled eggs, string cheese and apples.
Spinach, artichoke, chicken pita
Prepare chicken breast by covering with red pepper hummus and sprinkled fresh shaved parm, bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and enjoy!
Little bite size baked zucchini bites: dip in egg whites and then dip in fresh parm and lay on non stick cookie sheet, bake at 425 for 10 minutes flip over and then 10 more minutes and enjoy!
